I have a Kenmore dishwasher Model #17519201. There is no washing happening in the upper dish rack. It has a pipe that runs from the bottom of the unit, up the back of the inside of the dishwasher. When you push the upper rack in to close the door it seems the under rack spray arm seems to couple to that rear pipe. Is there a bushing, gasket etc. that is supposed to make a water tight connection when the rack is pushed in?

Thanks,
AL

Most likely you food chopper is clogged and your not getting the water flow needed... You will need to take it apart inside top to clean..
