My double wall oven model EO230 dual Convection has a error code L-34 Temp Sensor. I can't find the code anywhere. The listed codes are all F-codes. Do i just need to replace the Temp sensor probe in the oven? Can you give me any help?

"L34 Temp sensor lower oven" means the control senses open temperature sensor for the lower oven. Remove the oven from the cabinet and measure the oven sensor resistance at the sensor plug behind the rear cover. It suppose to be about 1100 Ohms at the room temperature. If the reading is wrong, replace the sensor. If the reading at the plug is correct, check it at the control board plug. If the reading is still correct, replace the control panel assembly. - The oven sensor Part number: AP3887956

Gene, I am able to pull the sensor out from inside the oven without removing the oven from the wall. Is this a bad idea? I can get to the plug connection, although the contacts in the plug are too small for my multimeter, I guess I can improvise a method to test with small wire.

I did recommend to test it from the back because the problem can be a bad wire plug or harness. It is a good idea to eliminate the sensor plug at all and reconnect the wires using a high temperature porcelain wire nuts.

Gene, I tested the temp sensors and the resistance seemed to check out right. However, when I reinstalled the sensors, I switched the upper and lower sensors and now the error code says u32 instead of L34. Does this mean that now that i switched the sensors, the oven senses the upper sensor is bad? (the one that was in the lower oven). Therefore am I correct in assuming that I just need a new sensor to replace the bad one?

"U32" means "open upper oven sensor". Most likely there is a poor connection. Double check everything.
