Could find no info on JBP30BOB1WH the following is for a LBP30BBWH1

Here are the parts
Replacement parts for General Electric JBP30BB1WH Electric range | AppliancePartsPros.com

Sounds like you have lost half the line. Lights, timer etc work off 120 volts whereas all elements require 240.

Flip your breaker off/on slowly a couple times. Sometimes you can loose half the line without actually tripping the breaker.
If this does nothing, check the power at the plug.
L1 to L2 should be 240 volts
L1 to Neutral and L2 to Neutral, both should be 120 volts.

If OK
Unplug the unit and check the wires at the unit's terminal strip, perhaps one of them has burned off.
