How the heck do you get to the belt to inspect. The drum bearings seem fine but either motr is gone or belt is shot. I cannot see whether belt is broken..how do i get there..thnks for help. CHUCKWILL:) :confused:

Pull out the lint screen and you will see two screws that hold the top to the frame. Take them out, insert a screw driver or putty knife in the gap between the top and the front near the edges and this will release clips that hold the top to the frame. Flip it up, and you can now take off the front by taking out the two screws that hold it to the frame. Be sure to take the wires off the door switch, marking how they go.

You can now take out the drum and inspect the belt and motor.
