Your Model Number is short several digits.
Please check it as there are a number of different data sheets/wiring diagrams.

The F0 E0 code is that there is no error, as far as I can tell.

Try flipping the breaker off/on slowly a couple times. Often you can loose half the line without actually tripping the breaker and the elements require the full 240 volts. Fan, control and lights only need 120 volts.

Better yet measure it at the plug.
L1 to L2 should be 240 volts
L1 to Neutral and L2 to Neutral, both should be 120 volts

Unplug the unit and check that a wire has not burned off at the unit's terminal strip.

Also many units have a thermal fuse or thermostat inline with the elements perhaps it is blown.
