Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 12/3/2009(UTC) Posts: 2		Hello anyone out there i recently took apart the little box in the back of compressor that make the fridge works and cut some cables and now that I got the rigth part and also put the wires that i cut back on place i can figureout y is not cooming out the compressor like before i m putting the white one prone with the red wire and I have two others withe cables and dont know where they go.can any one help me plse before i call a professional and end up paying the part double now that at least I fugureout that it was bad.thanks:confused:

Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 11/3/2009(UTC) Posts: 30		why did you take apart the relay box in the first place? the fact that you have two extra wires doesn't concern me as much as the compressor not firing back up. The two extra wires are likely to go to the condenser fan, but you don't need the fan if the compressor don't come on. I wonder if you are getting a call for the compressor to come on. are you getting voltage at the compressor? if not, look backwards through the systm to the defrost timer and the thermostat. if you are getting voltage, you have the relay on and it still doesn't run, probably a bad compressor. if you do get te compressor on then you have to wire the "extra" wires back up to 115 volts so your condenser fan will run.
