There is a humming sound in the freezer near the upper portion. I don't know what part to order? Fan motor or what? Help! Linda

Do you feel airflow from your freezer fan ... If not I would remove the back pannel of your freezer and inspect the fan and see if it comes on with the compressor.

I have airflow when the compressor starts. What next? We are in the correct area.
