How do you pull a double oven out of the wall

I have a kitchenaid KEBS208DSS10. I had the same self-cleaning - no power problem ... changed out the control panel thermal fuse (now lower oven works) have to change out the thermal fuse in the back of the upper oven ... I have alot questions about pulling the oven from the wall. 1) does the upper oven and lower oven detach .. am I just pulling out the upper oven or are both coming out 2) How are the ovens connected to the wall 3) are there screws to take out 4) what is the best way to hold the oven when removing it ... open the top door and hold from inside? Thanks so much for your help.
