I'm trying to install a bearing kit for my GE electric dryer but I can not figure out how to install the ground strap. Is there a diagram, a picture or direction on how to install this ground strap. The diagram that came along with the kit is unreadable by any human.

I am not sure what you are referring to since the bearing does not have any ground wire that I know of. If you are talking about the ground wire at the top (green with a clip) it clips onto the rim on the top when you replace the top.

Here is a picture of the complete bearing kit. Here is a picture of the grounding strap. I'm not sure how to connect it and I can not find a picture of how it is supposed to all go together.

Ok I have it back together and now the squeaking noise is no more but should the heating element come on as soon as you plug the dryer in or did I do something wrong?

Uh, no
Check to see that it is not grounded in some way, and that all of the electrical connections to the thermal fuses and thermostat are ok and that there is no wiring issue through the motor.
