Ok got the panel off. Screws were on the back. Now we need to diagnosis problem please help:confused:

if it is diret drive , looking at the model # ,it is , the problem is probably the motor to gear coupler. it is made out of plastic .can only se it from the bottom of washer , you will have to turn it on its side to view/repair.

turn it on its side and look at the motor to gear coupler, it is made out of plastic , mine broke too. replacement part is 11$

I think that is my problem it make a hell of a noise when it ggoes into spin like it is sliping is the gear coupler that you are talking about
