Water pressure being sprayed seems low, not striking all the dishes. House water pressure fine. Dishes not coming out clean, regardless of setting.

How do I check to see if a clog has partially disabled the pump?

Check the water level after a fill, most units fill to just under the heating element. If it looks low add a couple quarts of hot water on each fill during a cycle. If it now washes and sounds good, odds are high that the screen filter on the input side of the water valve is partially plugged. Remove the valve and clean the screen. Do not remove it as it is there to keep crud out of the valve which could hold it open and cause a flood.

Next, remove the filter/cover from the center inside of the tub and check the sump for debris. Also check that nothing is wrapped around the chopper. Be careful there is often broken glass in the sump. Also note how the inside piece is installed, re-install it wrong and the chopper will eat it.
