My washer seems to be allowing hot water in, but the cold is not. We have pulled off the back and checked the inlet pumps; of the three tubs, hot water comes in on the left, cold in the middle, but the right side doesn't appear to open at all. The left and middle come together in a 'Y' shape, and we thought that those would open to make warm, but when cold is selected water comes in through the middle, and when warm is selected only hot is entering. I have looked at the manual online (have misplaced mine) and the troubleshooting tips don't seem to do any good. I am getting some cold into the machine, but the pressure is so low that I get Errors (E-2) and have to restart the machine. :eek: Any suggestions?
