Hi,

Has anyone had any experience with this model making a "rattling" noise (sounds as if there were an ice-maker in the unit, but there isn't)? It only happens every so often and doesn't seem to affect the operation of the fridge, but it is definitely annoying.

We want to have it repaired, but I'd like to have an idea of what it might be first (the unit is still within it's warranty period 2nd-5th year warranty).

Can anyone provide some insight?

I can't say whether it has been doing it from day one (we are not the original owners of our townhome), but it has been doing it since we bought the house.
