I need to repace the program selector knob but do not know how to remove the front panel on the dryer; the owner's manual does not show how to do this. Can you please give me some pointers?

To remove the top panel to access the control module & frame :

Carefully remove the two rear clips from cover by removing the T-20 Torx screws.

Carefully pry out the plastic covers over the screw on each front side of the dryer cover. Then, remove each T-20 Torx screw.

When the front screws and the rear clips are removed, lift the white plastic top cover off of the dryer.

To gain access to the top of dryer, remove the metal top cover by removing the seven T-20 Torx screws. Don’t forget to remove the screws in the two white plastic bumpers on front corners.

To remove the fascia panel to access the display module & frame (for disassembly), carefully pry the panel toward front of the dryer and lift the panel up. Don’t break plastic tabs.

- The part number for the program selector knob is AP2805387
