One of the agitators on my Maytag MDE6800AYW has come loose. What is the procedure to tighten that back up? Do I need to take the outside skin off, just the bottom cover, the front or what exactly? THANKS a ton in advance for your help. I have found these types of forums to be lifesavers!

Yes you have to open it up to get to the screws.
Check to be sure the baffle is not stripped out.

Since you have it open you may as well check your belt, rear support rollers, front glides, drum seals etc. for wear.
Give the interior a good cleaning.

Also a good time to check/clean your vent system.
