My ge fridge stopped cooling, and noticed only lower half of freezer stayed cool...After a investigating found evap fan was burnt out..I ordered a new one and no such luck getting it to operate. so i went ahead and ordered a motherboard replaced that an low and behold it works. Now my problem is my coils are frosting 100% light white snow, the defrost cycle is working, ice make is making ice and i cant seem to get my fridge down any lower than about 52F..I guess my question is about my compressor, should my compressor and fan run constantly until the proper temp is acheived? Its has been cycling on and off every 5-10 minutes..My condeser line coming out is hot to touch and my coil line is cool to touch...Looking for any possible help please, All my parts were purchased from this website to.

Check that the damper Item 426 in Section 6 is open and cold air is entering the fresh food section.

Also check that the air return between the sections is clear.
