I have a frigidaire FRS22WNC side by side fridge. the freezer is cold the fridge temp right now is 56 degrees. A technician just replaced the thermostat and he defrosted a large hunk of ice in the freezer. This has not corrected the problem. What could be the other problems with the frigde.

thanks

How long have you left it, it needs at least 12 hours.

This concerns me as it indicates that you may have a defrost problem. Note that it usually take 4 or 5 days to show up as a problem after a unit has been manually defrosted.

Make sure the evaporator fan is running.

Check that the damper Item 115 in Section 3 is open and cold air is entering the fresh food section.
