LG Fridge was showing code ER FF, after some troubleshooting I replaced the Freezer Fan and the Motherboard. I'm still getting the error. Also, as far as I can tell there isn't any shorts in the wiring.
Also, putting the fridge into test mode (which amongst other things turns the freezer fan on) shows 16v at the freezer fan terminal, but when the fan is plugged in it drops down to 2.5 volts.
Any thoughts?

Just wanted to update this to mention that I tried putting the old board back in and it didn't make a difference. Also, I tested the motor's resistance and it said 75ohms, if I spin it by hand it bumps up to about 90ohms.
Any thoughts?
