Hey I have a 2 year old whirlpool dryer that runs but does not produce any heat. It also will not stop running on its own at the end of a cycle without having to open the door to stop it. Any ideas on what the problem might be and ways to fix it would be appreciated. Thank You

Hi,

What is the model number? Without a model number I can not tell if it's a gas or electric dryer.
