Dryer was running at normal mode (more dry setting) when I opened the door to check on the load. I closed the door and pushed the start button but it just won't run again. I've checked the breaker and it's not tripped. There is still power as the the light inside still comes on. What could be the problem?

This is probably too late, but if the belt has broken, the dryer has a switch that cuts the power. Pull off the toe panel and take a look
