Does the control box come with both cold controls? Since my sxs is freezing the fresh food on its warmest setting what do you sugest I replace?

One control, controls the freezer/fridge temperature re: how often the compressor comes on. The other, controls the damper re: how much cold air enters the fresh food side from the freezer.
