Hello;
I happened to look at my freezer the other day and found melted ice cream all over the floor. Checked the temperature and found it was about 40 degrees. Listened to the freezer and heard a distinct click about every 10 seconds like it was turning on and off. Air going into the freezer is cold. I felt the compressor and it was warm and sounded like it was working. I was thinking possibly the defrost timer but that would be a pure guess on my part. I would appreciate any help you might offer.
Thank you,
Miles Haanstad Thornton, CO
