I have a Bosch gas cooktop (NGM5054UC 500). It has these burners - 16k, 10k, 10k, 5k BTU.
I need more big burners. I was wondering whether it's possible to replace the 2 10k burners with 2 new 16k burners and replace the 5k with existing 10k burner. Then it will have 3 16k burners and 1 10k. I looked at the parts diagram and looks like I'll need to buy 2 16k burners, 2 burner caps, 2 holder/jet assemblies, and 2 valves. What issues could I run into with this change? What do I need to watch out for?
