My dishwasher arms are not spinning. I have cleaned the trap and the float ball. The washer is getting a lot of water but neither arm will spin. I have cleaned both arms and they are in good condition.
They both spin freely when I spin them but not when I am running the dishwasher.
Any ideas?
Thanks

John, if the circulation motor is receiving 120VAC during operation, the failure would be in the circulation motor. https://www.appliancepar...154853801-ap5272386.html

William, Thank you for the reply. That's what I feared. At that price, I had already decided that I would buy a new dishwasher since I have already replaced the drain pump a couple years ago.
