We have a one-year old GE stove/oven. After using the oven, the error message F910 came on and we have tried multiple things to correct the error: unplugging the stove, holding down multiple buttons simultaneously as suggested on-line, but nothing is working. The door operates correctly and has a good seal. We were not using the self-cleaning option, so I don't understand why the lock message is appearing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
