Looking for some guidance on our Subzero 650G/S refrigerator. Unit is functioning fine but the control panel is largely unresponsive. It appears that only the freezer temperature buttons now work. Nothing happens when the other buttons are pushed — including the on/off button. The refrigerator temperature displays 34 and does not change when the refrigerator temperature buttons are pressed.

It seems like it is likely a control board or control panel issue — or perhaps both! Wondering if anyone has any ideas of which one I should try first given the high cost of these parts.
