Hi, I have a brand-new Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator. It has a drawer style freezer. It is barely a month old. It was working fine, but for the past 3 days the freezer will not freeze. The water dispenser, ice maker and refrigerator appear to be ok so far. The control panel says freezer temp is 0 degrees F, and Refrigerator is 37. But I used a temperature gauge to test the freezer drawer and that keeps telling me the freezer is 50 degrees, not zero. It doesn't feel cold either.

I already tried resetting it by unplugging it for 15 mins--replugged, waited 12 hrs, checked it again and that did nothing. Digital Temp controls still show freezer is set to zero when it is clearly not freezing anything. I am able to use the control panel to adjust the temperature but the actual temperature in the freezer remains stuck at 50 degrees regardless of what the control panel says.

Oddly, ice maker still produced ice and there's cold water in the water dispenser, but there is no ice being deposited into the freezer drawer. (When properly working, it is supposed to make 12 lbs of ice per week, which is collected in a special compartment of the freezer drawer).

Any ideas how to fix the freezer portion of this refrigerator? I am also worried that the control panel may be broken (or needs to be reset) and the refrigerator may stop cooling next--on a brand new refrigerator!
