Hello, I’ve had tremendous luck here before, will try it again. I have a thermador oven, it is a double oven. Model is MEMCW271ES/12.

Recently when trying to use the oven, I will put it to the desired temperature, the oven will never reach that temperature. It will always be 15 to 20 to maybe up to 45 or 50° too low. It is never consistent in how much lower it is than the desired temperature it is just randomly lower than I need it to be. it is resulting in me having to put the temperature of higher than I really need it to be and hoping that the temperature it goes to is something close to what I need.

Any thoughts or help is greatly appreciated. I have had great luck in the past with this message board and getting recommended parts from appliance parts pros.
