None of the buttons on the control panel are working - no numbers, Bake, anything. We turned the power off at the breaker for several hours, and would restart the range to get the codes "EE214" and "M214". The display would also show the time and day. Still, no buttons would function - no noise or anything.
From what I've read, I need either the control panel, or the control board. Probably going to replace both since the range is 17 years old. Assuming that's the case (a bad control panel and/or control board), what parts would I need to replace both? Part No. W10314421/AP4568116 seems to indicate that it includes both the new control panel and the control board with it. Is that right?
