New house, dishwasher doesn’t work. Noticed arms didn’t spin and were clogged, cleared clogs. Seemed like not much water. Replaced water inlet valve, noticed arms sprayed and moved a few times but very old dishwasher powder was not dissolving. Tried a new pod and it ended up burning onto the element on the bottom. Sounds like the thing is always draining because I do hear water at times. I poured 4 gallons of water while it was empty just out of curiosity and it immediately drains it all.

I’m thinking the unit is always draining. Thoughts?
