i've replaced both the door latch and the control board.

now there's no error code, but it beeps three times and then flashes start after i select a cycle and hit start.

elsewhere i found a post suggesting holding down cycle and start, this produced solid led's and '860' on the display.

should i throw in the towel? or are there any other parts to try?
