Refrigerator inverter compressor not starting - GRSS2652AF0 model

Power went out for 5 hours and now the refrigerator is not working. Compressor and condenser fan do not run. I had power to the condenser fan and found it was burnt brown inside. Condenser fan is definitely bad. If I put it in diagnostic mode and turn on the compressor it doesn't run. I don't want to buy a new fan if the inverter board on the compressor is also bad. Refrigerator is only 1-1/2 years old. Will the compressor run if the condenser fan is not working
