I have a Kitchenaid fridge: Model: KSRU25CRSS00. The freezer is cold (food is frozen)... but the freezer is not getting below 45 degrees. I've cleaned the coils (not sure this would cause the problem).

Is there a single fan that blows the air into both the freezer and the fridge? I do see the diffuser assembly on the fridge side and i hear a clicking sound from that and opens up. I then feel cool air coming in. I can't tell if it's enough though or maybe the diffuser closes when it's not supposed to?

Can there be anything else besides the diffuser assembly causing this problem on this model of the fridge?

Any tips/ideas are appreciated.
