We have a fairly new LG Refrigerator with an indoor and freezer ice maker. The freezer ice maker is working great. For some reason the indoor ice maker stopped making ice this past Sunday. I'm not sure why. I contacted LG on Monday evening. They walked me through the basic troubleshooting steps. The last step they did was a reset/test of the ice maker. I removed the ice bin from the door. Put a towel in place of the ice bin. Ran the test. The ice maker turned over, dropped six or eight ice cubes and then reversed itself back into place. It filled up with water too. It's been two days since the test/reset and no ice has dropped into the bin. I have dropped the temperature down to -3 in the freezer. I read somewhere that the freezer temperature controls the indoor ice maker temperature. So far no ice. I'm at a loss on this one. Any ideas?
