Hi, When preheating the oven it won't get to temperature. Say I set it for 350 it might get up to 200 over an hour. I can feel the top element is hot. I tried opening up the back panel and pressing a reset switch back there, but the problem remains. I can hear the convection fan running and see it spinning, top element is hot and it sounds like the oven is clicking periodically which I don't recall it doing before while trying to get to temp. Recommendations?
