defrost heater Part# DA47-00244U
I have this part out of my Samsung fridge. It has the thermostat INLINE with the heater. When testing, I get 141 ohms at about 73 F room temperature. Also, when I connect 120 volts to it, it does get hot. Does this seem like a properly functioning defrost heater?
The numbers on thermostat are 60/40 101514 and BT-121-M (Symbol in front of this number looks like a backwards R and a U)

I am wondering if the 60/40 is in F or C ? If in C, then thermostat opens at 60 C, and closes at 20 C. ??
