The broiler element broke on my LG LSE4611 oven, I replaced it. I then turned the broiler on but it does not heat up. I tested the continuity of the new element and it is fine. The broiler element appears not to have power. The cooktop and the oven (lower element) work. Any suggestions on what to look at next.

You're model number is not complete. I used LSE4611ST/00. So this part fits that model no. I suspect your broil relay was damaged when the element burned out. Or it could be bad wire or connector.
