First, thanks for your help. This has been a perplexing issue that has me boggled. Washer gives an error code Hr when there is a load running. Does not when it runs a cycle with no load. Shock absorbers on the left side seem rusted which could be causing it to make the tube move more than usual when a load is present. Jostled any visible wiring harnesses while the washer ran a cycle with no load to see if I could recreate the error but got nothing.

So what could be going on here? Thanks for your help

Pulled this off another site...

"Code “Hr” indicates a faulty water heater, while “LE” means your washer is experiencing water-fill issues. When the unit's controls need servicing, the display reads “Sr.” Maytag also recommends calling for service if your Neptune washer continues to display an error code after you have carried out the troubleshooting procedures for that code."
