Hi,

my new (a month ago) Samsung washing machine finished its cycle this morning, played its tune and then wouldn't release the door. I turned it on and off and still it won't open. I turned the dial thinking that if I put another cycle on it might release once that had finished but it wouldn't start another cycle. nothing seems to be stuck in the door and the machine won't work if door is jammed. it only has a half load inside.

any ideas. no error codes have appeared.
