After multiple power failures during the day, when power was restored the display (icons) above the ice/water dispenser was blank, like the power was off. The blue LEDs behind the buttons were all flashing simultaneously and making a clicking sound. In the refrigerator, and also in the freezer compartment, the interior lights were flashing at the same rate as the blue LEDs on the door. The compressor does not run. The ice and water dispensers don't work.

I pressed the test button on the main PCB and nothing occurred. I tried all three steps of testing. I tested the mounted fuse and it was good.

Is the main circuit board, EBR41956402, the likely cause of this problem or is there another circuit board I should be considering?
