In the past, when I've had scale issues preventing the detergent dispenser from opening, I've replaced with a new part and everything works. However, about a year after replacing, the unit failed to open so I bought a new one and replaced it. This time, it doesn't work so I'm wondering if it's a wiring issue or control panel issue. Everything else works fine. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!
