Hello,

I had some glass in the interior of the drain area and it must've clogged the operation. I smelled a strange burning smell from the dishwasher. It stopped working altogether and there were no lights on the panel. I opened it up and found about 1" of water in the basin. I sucked it all out, removed the lower parts and found the glass pieces inside. Once i removed all of that, I put it back together and checked the control panel inside the door and found the melted plug pictured.

I was going to replace the control panel and then try replacing the melted plug w/ some 12ga female connectors. Does anyone have any advice for if this is a pointless exercise, or should I attempt to replace the entire wiring harness? Where can I find just this plastic plug w/o buying the entire harness?
