I have a Maytag Legacy washer that agitates and drains but buzzes and does not move in spin cycle. Replaced clutch assembly but behavior still the same. The transmission casing is rusty but I haven't seen many so not sure if that's common or not. Does this sound like a new transmission is needed or any other less expensive fix ideas? :)

Thanks!
