Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 4/18/2012(UTC) Posts: 20		Hello, I have a Kitchen Aid KEMC308KSS04 combo oven/microwave and have replaced the microwave door torsion springs a few times. A few weeks ago, the door started the weak/no springs door dropping open behavior, so I ordered new springs and installed them. The door still flops open. Is there an additional system or part that controls the door speed/feel?
