Hello, I have a Samsung gas oven model# NX58K7850SS/AA that has been giving a C-31 error code. I have replaced the main board model# DE92-03761G Main Pcb Assembly and also a Therm part number: DE47-2037A. My wife was baking some bread and then we heard the oven beeping like 4 times and then noticed the code C-31 and the entire touch panel doesn't work. We have never used the self cleaning feature either. This is the sticker on the inside of the oven.

Any help would be appreciated.
