Have an FPHB2899LFB that is displaying SY EF alarm. I first replaced the evaporator fan down in the back of the freezer since it was extremely cheap. That did not solve the issue. So I then replaced the main control panel down under the fridge. Did not solve the problem. The fridge would stay a constant 50 degrees and the freezer stays at 20. So I installed a new thermistor. Still have the error/alarm but now fridge stays at a constant 40 and freezer at 20. What else can I throw at it lol.
