upper oven does not work. control board has been fixed looking for a parts manual or were is the thermal fuse located.

Hello Archie. Thank you for your question.
The first thing you may want to test is the hi-temp cutout. It is located on the back of the oven. In order to access it the oven has to be removed from the cabinet. It can be manually reset by pressing the reset button in the middle. You can check it for continuity across the terminals. If there is no continuity, the part has to be replaced.
