My Maytag MDB6600AWB doesn't drain when it is **LOADED**. It drains after running for about 90 minutes when it is run empty.

I tested the drain pump, and it shows a resistance reading of 25 ohms which is as expected and is as per the electric specifications. I have cleaned the filter at the bottom of the tub, and I also blew air through the drain hose and the air passes through (meaning that the drain pump is un-clogged). Yet it leaves water at the end of the cycle but runs fine when empty.

Any suggestions what could be wrong here?
