samsung rf31fmesbsr 3 wire evap fan in the fridge. Getting a 22 E error code. Fridge does not get cold at all. I'm getting 12 volts on the red wire and 10 volts on the return wire. From what I've read the red wire should be 8-12 volts (low and high) and the return should be around 2.5 volts. Is this a sign of a default evap fan? Been testing everything I can and this one has me stumped.
