Recently, I replaced the water filter in my Kenmore coldspot 106. After installing and closing the door, it made a loud noise for about 15 seconds. Then I found that the water dispenser would make an electronic buzz but not dispense water. I tried installing a second filter, and while there was no loud noise, I still get no water dispensed. If I remove the filter entirely the water dispenser does dispense water.

Any ideas how to address?
